This is a great home to stay in.This has been our 15th time going to orlando for a holiday, and Scarlets villa has been by far the best to date, the location,amenities,and convenience of this villa is great.The villa has everything you could possibly need to have a great holiday, and the owners are very helpful and quick to respond and communicate.Will definitely try and holiday here again.

Once again Scarlett Villa did not dissapoint. On arrival The villa was spotless. The villa has everything you need for your Florida vacation andmore. Disney, Universal and Sea World parks are just a 20 minute drive away. If you want a day by the pool there is plenty of seating and sun beds, you can watch the wild life and even fish the small lake just feet away. A large Wal-Mart is just 5 mins away with loads of restaurants again only minutes away. Thank you Terry and Pat for sharing Scarlett Villa.

Amazing Villa, been to Florida 8 times and this villa is the best we have stayed in. immaculately clean and well equipped with everything you need, Location is fantastic for all the theme parks, shops and restaurants. Whole family loved the pool which had amazing views next to a lake, also the games room was a big hit. would love to stay here again if we decide on another Florida holiday. communication from the owner Terry was fantastic throughout Thank you

My family stayed for the full month of July and were disappointed to leave. Fabulous, well kept. extremely clean villa with all the amenities that you need. The 5 bedrooms were well equipped with plenty of storage space and comfy beds. The villa has a large combined living/kitchen area which can easily accommodate a large families needs. The pool area has a large pool and spa which overlooks a lake. At each side of the pool there are lined bushes thus the pool area was very secluded which was a huge bonus. Definitely recommend the villa for anyone who wants to rent in the Kissimmee area. I have rented quite a few villas in this area and this one comes out at the top. I will definitely rent again, if available, when I next return to Florida. Just to add, Terry, who owns the villa is very pleasant and easy to deal with thus no issues at all with booking process. Can't recommend highly enough.
