Living Room
The centrepiece of the Villa is the large living room. This comprises of luxury, comfortable furniture, Cable TV, Streaming Services, DVD player with movies and Playstation with a selection of games.
Bedrooms
The Villa comprises of 5 bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. 2 x Master bedrooms, one with en-suite, and both have King Size beds. There is a further Double room with a Queen bed, a further room with 2 single beds, and the Children’s room which contains bunk beds and a single bed. In addition, a folding bed is available if required. Additionally all the bedrooms have cable tv.
Bathrooms
The Villa contains 3 bathrooms. There is a bathroom en-suite to one of the master bedrooms. This contains a large bath, shower and vanity unit. The further 2 bathrooms contain showers, bath, and vanity units.
Kitchen/Dining
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen containing a cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and toaster. All crockery and cutlery are also supplied. There are 3 dining areas in the villa, a dining table with 6 chairs, a breakfast table, and table with 4 chairs on the pool patio.
Games Room
The games room comprises a number of games including table tennis, a pool table, football game and a selection of board games. Bikes are also available and the room also has its own cable tv.
Pool
The pool area has a large decking area which comprises a table and 4 chairs on the patio area and a number of sun loungers. The pool itself is 31ft by 15ft, with underwater lighting. Additionally there is a 7ft jacuzzi, a nice place to wind down after a long day at the 'parks'. The pool area overlooks a large conservation area.
